  We arrived for the service with clergy, had our small service & the undertaker, Rusty, never greeted us, we found our way, everything was set up nicely. When it was time to leave he was speaking with others, could not get his attention. After standing around waiting, I had to gather everything myself, walked by him and still no response from Rusty. It was humiliating to say the least. This happened sometime ago, but it still bothers me. My sister had overdosed, I felt he deliberately shunned us.

  When you need the services of a Funeral Home after losing a loved one, there is only one place to go in St. Augustine, FL and that is Craig's Funeral Home. They helped us make our arrangements and handled every detail with professionalism and aplomb. Our family is extremely grateful to the entire staff at Craig's Funeral Home for taking care of our deceased family member and helping us through the process under such difficult, emotional circumstances.   We lost our only child 3 years ago and a friend recommended Craig's Funeral Home. They were absolutely wonderful and handled everything for us with kindness, caring and absolute efficiency.
  Recently I lost my husband and I was totally devastated...I contacted Craig's and Justin helped me through everything...announcements, funeral service etc. I did not have to worry about anything.
  Losing a loved one is dreadful, but of course inevitable,
  I would absolutely recommend Craig's Funeral Home in St.Augustine to help you through this difficult time.

  There is a lady there that is very nice but Rusty is another story. He made matters in our family worse and lied to us. With already dealing with a family member's death, we did not need the adding problems Rusty did to our family.
